Greetings Friends:
I am Pastor Jan Kaatz, pastor of the Seventh-day
Adventist Church and host to the Agape Light
Tattoo Removal Program.
To those who have inquired since our last session,
welcome! To our returning clients,
hope all is well. I am writing to let you know some
details about the program.
Dr. Popkow has agreed volunteer his time and expertise
to remove unwanted tattoos. He has established the
criteria that the tattoos he removes must be visible
when wearing normal clothing. The location of the
tattoos to be removed are on either the neck, face, or
hands.
This is done free of charge.
The program works this way. Interested persons are
invited to come to a devotional meeting at the church on
a Friday night. After this, Dr. Popkow will meet with
new patients to go over the procedure(s). Patients may
then select an available time slot for the next Saturday
afternoon to see Dr. Popkow in his office.
You may not just "show up" on Saturday without an
appointment made on Friday night.
If there are any questions about the eligibility of the
tattoo - I would recommend coming Friday night and
talking with Dr. Popkow.

AGAPE LIGHT - ProfileWe are a 501 (c) 3 Non-Profit Organization which provides services for troubled and low income persons, including tattoo removal, anti-gang counseling, family counseling, and spiritual direction.We would like to help those who have plainly visible conspicuous tattoos with the latest laser procedures available by expert doctors in their communities. We would monitor their willingness to change by requiring community service as well as spiritual guidance. We will be starting in the Southern California area but hope to expand to a nationwide program soon.Our MissionTo help those who want to change their lives from a self destructive way of life to a positive way of life. Also, to help those coming out of gangs who want to remove their tattoos and enter back into the mainstream of society, find jobs, and not be discriminated for their past gang or prison affiliations. We believe in the biblical direction given in Leviticus 19:28 "You shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor tattoo any marks on you: I am the LORD." (New King James Version) We want to present and educate the public about this biblical direction and start an awareness program with pre-teens in school before they even consider getting tattooed. Agape Light / Tattoo Removal Organization strives to help those who wish to have a clean start in their lives. We are here for those who want the images of their past (tattoos) to be erased (removed). We offer a way to have this procedure done through corporate donations and individual charitable assistance. Finally, we want to offer an opportunity for those who wish to get involved in their community to help change the lives of individuals once thought of as lost.
